Role of a Site Supervisor
Our Site Supervisors are fully trained professionals who oversee all aspects of on-site activity. They are responsible for ensuring teams operate safely, work to plan, and meet project expectations at every stage.
- Daily Site Oversight: From first light to end of shift, our supervisors are present and proactive-monitoring labour activity, material deliveries, task progress, and site logistics.
- Health & Safety Leadership: Safety is non-negotiable. Our supervisors uphold UK HSE standards, enforce proper PPE usage, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe environment for all workers and visitors.
- Team Management: We coordinate operatives, subcontractors, and site visitors-resolving conflicts, assigning tasks, and making real-time decisions to maintain progress and morale.
- Reporting & Communication: We maintain accurate daily logs, submit progress updates, flag delays or issues, and keep stakeholders informed with clear and timely communication.
